Workmanship warranty

For 24 months from the date of completion, 3rd Rock Electric LLC will correct defects in our labor and craftsmanship on the work we performed, at no charge for that covered labor, when you notify us within the warranty period.

What this covers

• Defects caused by our installation or workmanship

• Work performed by 3rd Rock Electric LLC under the related invoice or agreement

What this does not cover

• Parts, fixtures, equipment, or materials (those follow the manufacturer’s warranty, if any)

• Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized changes, or work by others

• Normal wear, acts of nature, power surges, or conditions outside our control

• Issues from plans, specs, or materials supplied by others

How to make a claim

Contact us at admin@3rdrockelectric.net or (458) 262-6889 with the job address, completion date if known, and a short description of the issue. We’ll schedule a visit to inspect and, if covered, correct the workmanship defect.

This warranty applies to work we perform in Oregon and Washington. It is our workmanship commitment and does not limit rights you may have under Oregon or Washington law.
