Our regular service area is roughly within 30 driving miles of Madras or Bend (whichever is nearer to the job). That is where we schedule routine residential and everyday service work.
Central Oregon towns we commonly serve include Madras, Bend, Redmond, Culver, Metolius, Terrebonne, Warm Springs, Sisters, Powell Butte, and nearby communities inside that ~30-mile radius. Not sure if you’re inside it? Call or text with the address we’ll tell you straight.
Extended travel (30–60 miles)
Addresses more than 30 and up to 60 driving miles from the nearer of Madras or Bend get an additional travel charge. It is applied once per visit and included in the total price confirmed before dispatch.
Beyond 60 miles
Travel beyond 60 miles is quoted separately before we schedule. Larger or specialized agricultural, commercial, and industrial projects may still pencil when the job, schedule, and pricing fit.
Holding Oregon and Washington licenses means we can work in those states when a project fits. It does not mean we offer routine day-to-day service everywhere in Oregon or Washington.
